The furnished terrace is ideal for a refreshing cup of coffee or basking in the summer sun, accompanied by the soothing sounds and fresh scent of the nearby river.

The living/dining area features a table and two comfortable chairs, while the well-appointed kitchen offers all the necessary comforts.

The bathroom is cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a modern shower. As for the bed, this cocoon of comfort is nestled in the back of the space, complete with a dressing area, television, and a small desk.

Nestled in a serene corner of Montriond, the loft is ideally situated for rejuvenation. The shuttle conveniently stops right outside, whisking you away to the Ardent parking lot, where the cable car awaits to transport you to the slopes of Les Portes du Soleil, including Avoriaz. Along its route, the shuttle pauses at captivating landmarks such as Lake Montriond, the Ardent waterfall, the village center of Montriond, the Morzine bridge, and the Morzine Church, offering seamless connections throughout the area. Whether it's winter or summer, the shuttle operates tirelessly throughout the day, granting you effortless exploration of the region.
Adjacent to the river and a picturesque trail leading to Lake Montriond, the loft immerses you in the heart of the mountains, enveloping you in the fragrant embrace of pine trees. Keep a keen eye, and you may catch a glimpse of mountain denizens like chamois and ibexes on the northern slopes above the property. As night falls, be enchanted by the possibility of wildlife venturing to the riverbank for a drink—remain vigilant and be rewarded with nature's nocturnal symphony.


The free shuttle will pass throughout the day, every day of the high summer and winter seasons just past the Bel Air building and will drop you off at Lac de Montriond, Ardent waterfall/Ardent car park to borrow the cable car open summer and winter, the shuttle will also take you to Morzine or other connections can be established with neighboring villages and attractions.
