Able to accommodate up to 5 guests, the chalet is the perfect place for a family or group of friends. The location is simply perfect. Just a short walk from the free M Bis shuttle stop, you’ll enjoy an ideal setting both in winter and summer. In winter, you’ll be just a stone’s throw from the Portes du Soleil ski area and can easily access the resort of Avoriaz via the Ardent gondola. In summer, the chalet is close to the Montriond lake, offering a wide range of outdoor activities, while being surrounded by picturesque hiking trails to fully enjoy nature throughout the year. In addition, a secure storage area is available for your gear, such as skis or bikes.

The interior of Chalet L'Abériot has been thoughtfully designed with care and refinement, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, with bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs. The chalet features a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc.), a balcony, and a modern bathroom with a shower. Outside, the terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for 5 people, perfect for enjoying beautiful mountain days. The chalet also offers Wi-Fi for your optimal comfort.

Below the chalet, a storage room is available for your skis or bikes, along with a washing machine and cleaning equipment for your convenience during your stay.

The name "Aberiot" comes from the local patois and refers to the path that once led to the cows’ watering place. This path ran alongside the farm, allowing the cows to drink from the river. Once a Savoyard attic, this chalet has been carefully transformed to offer its guests a unique and authentic setting, while still providing modern comfort.

• In high season, the free shuttle runs all day, with a stop just 100 meters from the chalet, at the Lavanchy bus stop. This shuttle will take you to Montriond town center, Montriond lake, the Ardent waterfall, or the Ardent parking lot to access the gondola. In both winter and summer, it also provides access to Morzine and other nearby villages and attractions.
