La Grange à Germaine is perched at an altitude of 1200 meters in the serene hamlet of Ardent. Perfectly located between the shimmering waters of Lake Montriond and the breathtaking peaks of the surrounding mountains (including the famous Village des Lindarets, also known as the Goat’s Village), this chalet offers a true alpine retreat for mountain lovers.



Featuring 5 beautifully designed bedrooms and cozy communal spaces, this recently renovated chalet accommodates 12 to 14 guests. With premium beds, high-quality linens, plush duvets, extra pillows, and luxurious throws, every detail has been considered to ensure a restful stay. Each room also includes a screen with USB movie access for added comfort and entertainment.

The exterior showcases traditional local craftsmanship, with rustic charm reflected in every detail. Designed by talented architects and artisans, the chalet stays true to the alpine heritage with its sun-weathered pine planks and a roof covered entirely with wooden tavaillons, an ancestral technique unique to the region. These features, combined with modern comforts, make the chalet a year-round favorite for visitors.

The Grange à Germaine is an ideal base for exploring the Portes du Soleil region, offering countless activities in both summer and winter. Guests can enjoy:

Rental Information:

Weekly rentals are available from Saturday to Saturday during winter and summer.
Short stays (minimum 2 nights) are possible in spring and autumn.

Transport Access

  The gondola is located directly opposite the chalet, as is the bus stop.
  
  The free shuttle runs daily during the high seasons (summer and winter), connecting you to Montriond village, Montriond Lake, and Morzine. From there, you can access neighboring villages and attractions across the valley.
