Chalet L'Abériot is a true alpine gem. Once a traditional Savoyard attic, it was carefully renovated in
2024 into a bright, charming chalet that blends authenticity with every modern comfort.
Its name comes from the local dialect:
"Abériot" refers to the old path that ran alongside the farm, where cows were once led to drink at the river.
The interior has been designed with care to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Upstairs,
two comfortable bedrooms; downstairs, a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube). The chalet has bathrooms on both floors, a balcony, and a terrace with a table for 5, perfect for enjoying sunny mountain days.
Welcoming up to
5 guests, it is ideal for a family or a group of friends. A baby cot is available on request, and our team is at your side to personalise every detail of your stay.

In high season, the free
M bis shuttle runs all day from the
Lavanchy bus stop, just 100 metres from the chalet. It takes you to the centre of Montriond,
Lake Montriond, the
Ardent waterfall and the
Ardent gondola, as well as to
Morzine and the neighbouring villages.

Easy access to the
Portes du Soleil and Avoriaz via the Ardent gondola. A secure storage room below the chalet keeps your skis safe.

Lake Montriond close by, with hiking trails among fir trees, waterfalls and rivers, and endless outdoor activities. Bikes can be stored safely below the chalet.
