The upper floor has been left intact, at the wish of its owner, a Montriond native committed to preserving the soul and history of this emblematic place. Even its name,
"L'Abériot", meaning "watering trough" in the local dialect, pays tribute to the old path where cattle were once led to the river to drink.
With its weathered wood and carefully preserved details, the farmhouse blends rustic charm with subtle elegance, for a cosy retreat in every season.

three carefully decorated bedrooms with quality bedding, blending modern comfort with the rustic allure of a traditional alpine home. The living room, with its comfortable sofa, Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube) and Wi-Fi, invites you to unwind, while the fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine) and the large dining table are perfect for sharing hearty meals with mountain views.
Outside, the
